Learn the basics of what makes espresso... well, espresso. You'll be given an introduction to how espresso is made and what sets it apart from regular, drip coffee. Topics covered will include: Espresso extraction basics, tasting espresso, and why that little beverage can be so fascinating and frustrating, sometimes all in the same sip. Shots will be prepared and served in different ways, and class participants will have ample opportunity to taste, ask questions, and generally engage with John.
